He can Mage-read, and if wounded he heals instantly (flesh-wounds only). Like all Black Magics, he can distort abilities and actually shift them around to be harmful to their original casters. He can run at the speed of light, and also has the power to create minor aura-shields that block Ultimate Level abilities for one hit.

He wears the traditional armour-style of the Black Magics, that were designed after the style the Walkers wear. Colours signify the rank of the warrior, with golden, red, and silver being among the top ranking. They were varying designs of armour, but in all the sets they have the symbol of their Goddess somewhere - usually on a headband, leg armour, or the shoulder armour. He wears a mix of gold and red, which symbolizes to other Outers that he's of a top-ranking bloodline. He wears two silver earrings in both ears, but hanging from his right ear he also has the symbol of Nemaririshta (GI).

From a young age he was taught the arts of physical combat, and how to use his powers to fight and told not to rely on his abilities. He was born in the Outer Dimension, and was taught all his skills by the Battlemasters there. When he was of age, he left to the Inner Dimension the same time as a few young Walkers did. When Walkers go in to the Inner Dimension, they always take a band of trained Black Magics with them incase anything goes wrong, and then the Walkers choose from those who came along who is best suited to be their guardian.

While he wasn't chosen, he isn't really effected by that decision. The three who were selected were of a higher rank than he was, and he's more of a lone fighter than a bodyguard anyway. He was Blood-Marked by the Guardian Senbotsuusha upon his arrival, and spent most of his time in The Valleys training with some of the Battlemasters that were found there. He picked up several fighting styles, and upon one training practice caught the eye of an Executioner named Niuuyasha.

The white Raveen was intrigued by the Black Magic's ability to pick up different combat styles so quickly, and asked him if he had ever considered fighting with a weapon. Curious, the Black Magic had said no, and Niuuyasha had told him the story of the sword set called 'The Twelve Swords'. He told the Black Magic that only seven of these swords had found their counterparts, and that of the five left he was curious to see if the Black Magic would be compatible with any of them.

So, albeit a bit hesitantly, the Outer had followed the Inner and came across a protected off-realm where Niuuyasha had hidden these swords safely. It was an area bathed in constant moonlight, where the grass was deep emerald and fireflies were always hovering about. There was a rock formation in the center of the area, God Symbols and other symbols that couldn't be recognized were glowing off the rock, in areas where they had been carved in to. There were several spirit-essence holdings that held weapons of some kind, but the most noteable were the swords encased in them. Niuuyasha stopped, and told the Black Magic to approach the weaponry. If one was compatible, then the weapon would present itself to him.

Upon his approach, one of the glass-like encasements had broken, and one of the swords from the set of twelve was dropped before him. He felt an instant connection with the blade, a sort of belonging like he was meant to have the weapon. He took it, and Niuuyasha and he returned to The Valleys. Niuuyasha then taught him how to use the blade, and told him it was referred to as the "Serpent's Kiss" because of the form it's power took.

Within a few weeks, he was able to use the blade near-perfectly, and even adapted it to work along with the various fighting styles he had been taught.
