He's got a mutation... And a short build. Due to his mutation(dragonic wings) his healing ability works differently. Instead of plucking a feather and placing it on the wound, he must stretch his wings out over the wounded and say 'Heaven's Touch', then the target will be healed after a blinding flash of light. His dark 'socks' are also a bit of a mutation, but a minor one. He has all Heaven abilities, and can read the mind of any Inner Dimensional who doesn't have a mind block.

Wings of Redemption: Summons doves which can protect or attack the target. Sin: Renders the target unconcious. The target will start to lose it's life while it's unconcious. Heaven's Touch: Ability to fully heal any wounds, be them non-fatal or fatal. This ability can give life back to a dead Raveen Kat, and fully heal the user.
