He can Soul-read, and if wounded he heals instantly. He is fully Hydrokinetic, being able to create and manipulate water - and even freeze it. Like his Mother the hair on his tufted tail is actually spirit essence, and if he takes any hair from it and combines it with water he can heal the wounds of others - but this will drain his energy, especially if used to cure a fatal wound.
He was born under the Eclipse, and is thus a Whisper of Rekura. His Elemental Manifestation comes in the form of rain droplets that converge into a set of water wings upon his back, and fin-like apparations on his legs. This water is always cool to the touch, but when angered the water will gain an acidic bite to it that will severely harm anyone in contact with him. It can become so acidic that it can burn through flesh, bone, and ground with little problem. He is also able to, at will, change the water he creates into different types of acids.
He is naturally able to breathe under water, and can see perfectly beneath the surface. Right now he is also able to take control of any water-dwelling creatures, as if they're his puppets to play with. This include fish, deep sea life, and serpents that may double as water-dwellers. He is also able to summon, at will, a pair of watery serpent apparations that are formed by the water of his wings. They are able to cause physical damage, and can freeze or melt anything they "devour".
Growth Notes
Oddly, upon reaching adulthood, the mark on the back of his neck began to change in unusual ways. First the fur around the mark turned a more darkly hue, shinning almost violet-black in the light. Tiny vein-like marks began to spread away from the marking - fading into his vein entirely before seemingly reappearing on his forepaws, where very thin 'webs' had appeared between his toes. There's also something there, lingering in the back of his mind, that seems to be telling him something he can't quite understand....
.....Something's calling to him (and it's not his IriKan), from far away, and long ago. But the call is quiet, yet it carries a promise of becoming louder....... eventually.
