She can Soul-read, and if wounded she heals instantly (flesh-wounds only). She can teleport at will, and is fully immune to psychic/mind manipulations from outside sources. She was born under the Eclipse a few years back, and is thus a WoR of the current timeline. When she was born she was taken with a group of cubs to a world full of nothing but shadowy-forms -- she was taken exactly two weeks after the Eclipse by blue-tendrils of light. The sky there was the most brilliant of blue hues, and the ground was white and the trees were semi-see through. Water sparkled like diamonds in the sun, and wildlife came only in the form of blue fish - because anything that existed above water was instead garnered with a shadow-form.

The creatures were made up of billowing shadows, like moving smoke without a flame. They couldn't speak, but sometimes when a shape near Raveen-stature was near the cubs would hear faint whisperings. But never enough to understand the words being said. Some were peaceful, others had an aura of malice about them. The WoRs were tied to this world for a long time, not returning to their natural homes until they were adults. Because of this the language they learned first was not the Raveen Tongue, but rather the Ancient Tongue that they seemed to learn from the spirits inside them --- their IriKan were a lot more 'pronounced' in presence than other IriKan might have been. They seemed to be hailed by a higher intelligence than the cubs themselves possessed.

Because of this she had to be taught the Raveen Tongue, and sometimes reverts back to speaking in a language that's not understandable in the current world at all. The plus side to this is, however, she's able to understand some Spell-Incantations and Ancient Words that were derived from sources long since forgotten.

She has Perfect Aura-Vision, to the extent where she can see every aspect of another's Aura; including the truths that may be hidden to the one she's looking upon. This is active at all times, so her sight is almost like heat-vision in that she doesn't see colours beyond those of the Auras of the world around her. She is also able to see the Strands of Fate (or 'life lines') that tell how long a Kat's life is, and can sometimes even foreshadow who will be the one(s) to end it.

As a Fate WoR her Elemental Manifestation comes in the form of the wings on her back. She can fly with them, but it's more of a hover-flight than actually making use of her wings. They're made of indestructible energy that obsorbs the 'purity vibes' of the world around her, and converts it into tangible energy. Upon her shoulders she has four spikes that store the more 'sinister' of these energies and keeps it contained. Drawing out from these spikes are four tendrils of energy-whips that are covered in glowing markings. When she moves them she can actually summon energy-daggers in their wake and direct them to hit whatever she marks as a target.

Anyone hit with these daggers can suffer one of two outcomes; instant paralysis and the blanking of the mind, or the instant shearing of their Strands of Fate. The second scenario does not always result in death (although that is the most likely outcome), but it does garner a world of immense pain and agony for the one she uses this particular power over. Basically, she's able to cut the lifeline and "destroy the current ideals of fate". She could use this to prevent individuals from dying in certain ways - in effect changing their destiny. But it would take a lot to get her to use such a severe power to change the future.

She also has the power to pull up negation fields around her body; in essence pushing her own Aura out as a shield. It obsorbs, or blocks, incoming attacks of the physical, metaphysical, and power-variety. However overusing this particular shield can result in her falling into a coma. (If she uses it for longer than ten minute intervals it begins to drain her energy)
