She can Soul-read, and has the power to teleport at will. She is fully Empathic, but her powers are more docile when compared to the rest of her Element now. Vice Kats can alter the feelings of others to such an extent one would never think they thought/saw things any differently than they did before they were changed. This is a power that sometimes causes a Vice Kat to fall to the 'darkside' since they can, in essence, control others. But it's almost destructive in that sometimes the empathic vibes can fester and turn friends into enemies if one isn't careful --- or act parasitic in nature and cause the Vice Kat to take on traits, and emotions, of others that are in her company. Because of this it's likely she was in the company of a power-hungry Kat once, and did some rather questionable things because of it.

Whatever it was she did, she probably won't talk about the specifics. Just that she did, admittedly, taste that darkness. But something brought ber back from that path, even if she still walks the inbetween at times.

She can teleport at will, and has perfect nightvision. She is also Shadow-Marked.

Like all Vice Kats she has mismatched eyes -- one orange on charcoal gray, the other blue on red. She's carries with her an unique weapon type that's found in the Wish Dimension. It basically uses crystals to magnify energies/magics into blade-like forms when in battle. She has hers bound to silver-handles that rest on the 'braces' on her forlegs. The crystals hover there, and when in battle they cause light and magic to elongate into vicious light that can cut through anything. One's red, the other blue.

She isn't of the Seer Rank, so it's a bit strange for her to be in possession of a Seer's hooded cloak. How she came to have it, whether she was a Seer in the past and left that line of work, or something else, is not entirely clear. It's something she herself doesn't know for sure. But having a hood that, once pulled over her head, can block her mind - making it completely unreadable/detectable by others - is something she's not going to just toss away.
