His wings are -huge- when they're fully spread out. They make up most of his back, with from his shoulders down being covered in feathers. He can literally fly an entire week without getting tired, his wings are just that powerful. As far as ripping them go, it's nearly impossible. His feathers are not removable, he doesn't molt. Surprisingly like the Takarashi Draka he's quite agile in the air, being able to cross over ten miles of ground in only one beat of his wings, while he can still make quick air movements (ie he can dodge stuff thats thrown his way pretty quickly, as with just a small beat of his wing he'll be cleanly removed from it's path). His wings can be used to shield himself from attacks, as they're basically too thick to penetrate. So a spike thrown his way would just barely slice the surface of his wings. Along the back of his neck there are two sharp dragon spines. Both of his eyes are lime-green.
Now the Takarashi Draka is basically a dragon/bird cross, much like what Tuuatha saw when he was with Neiarishta. They're an ancient species, very elusive. Just like a Takarashi Draka this cub here can understand both dragon tongue and bird tongue. Meaning he can speak to feral dragons and birds.

Takarashi Summon: Summons twenty Takarashi Draki who will attack/protect the target for as long as the user desires. Much like their summoner their wings are very hard to pierce and very powerful. They have dragon-like heads and can blow fire, while they have deadly sharp talons.
Awaken: Causes the wind in the area to suddenly come to life, causing massive, and deadly, whirlwinds.
Feather Dance: Thousands of energy feathers fall from the sky, over an area of up to two miles. These energy feathers will explode on contact with the target(s) and take chunks of flesh with them
Electrical Wind: An ultimate ability. A whirlwind falls upon the target which comes complete with energy feathers which explode on contact, ice spikes, and most important of all the whirlwind itself carries an electric charge which causes anyone caught within it to be electrocuted multiple times. Can be quite deadly.
